I have had mono for 6-8 months. Has anyone tried a supplement called MONOBREX? It has been proven to speed up the recovery of mono. I've never heard of Monobrex until you posted about it. I researched the ingredients of this product and it seems to be nothing more than a blend of herbs and vitamins that claim to help boost the immune system and detoxify the liver. There is little if any proof that any of these ingredients can do what they claim to do because the studies are very flawed with very small populations. Also, the label I read doesn't tell me how much of each ingredient there is either because its listed as an "herbal blend" so that kind of turns me off. Your choices would be either to try it if you think its worth the money, buy the ingredients seperately from a more reputable source, or just discard this as just another medical scam. Either way, don't expect miracles because the virus still has to run its course.
