I have taken xanax occasionally for anxiety and am loking for a OTC alternative that is not addictive. I've tried valerian, kava, and others and they don't seem to work. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.

what was your experience with Kava?

here's everything I've tried: a glass of wine (just one), weed (ends up causing more anxiety after too much use), meditation (but I have trouble sticking to it), yoga (again, trouble sticking to it) and hot baths. I'd love to hear other's non-med xanax alterntatives.
