what kind of pain are you having and where is it located? Do you have muscle or joint pain in your legs and knees? Do you become short of breath? Is it chest pain that you experience?

no pain in the knee itself. just, when climbing stairs i feel pain on above my knees. i have no join or knee pain. i feel like weak or out of tune muscles around my knees, maybe.
see, if i sit on my heels for 1/2 hour then climbing stairs becomes very painless for a 1-2 days. if i don't, after a 1-2 days pain comes back when climb stairs. do you see?.

Sounds like quad pain, the muscles that run along the lateral aspects of the your thighs. Any heavy lifting, straining, extra-hard exercising?

except walking i don't do other excercises. i walk 1-2 miles per day as excercise. but don't know how to get rid of pain when I climb stairs.
