I woke up on Friday morning finding it difficult to breathe, this passed but since then I feel that I cant breathe properly. My chest feels tight and I feel that I cant get a full breath. I am too scared to sleep at night incase I stop breathing and of course being tired because of not sleeping is making me feel worse. What I would like to know is how would you know if you are really ill this time or whether it is anxiety. I know I have felt like this before and have got better but I am so scared.
