Does anyone besides me take GRAVOL to help them sleep.
I have been taking 1 ---2 hours before I go to bed for about 18 months now.
It really helps me sleep. I was wondering if anyone else takes them , do you think you are having side effects.
I sometimes am very dry mouthed from them. I wake feeling refreshed and not groggy at all.
They are cheap too. In Canada over the counter for $3.00 for 100.
