Hi i had the same problem. Thought i commited a terrible crime and i felt that i had a criminal record.I felt like people were after me. I felt that people were trying to read my record. I felt i as if i deserved to die.I pretty much felt and had these thoughts that you described. I was diagonsed with anxiety disorder before. My parents toke me to see my psycharist, and after several diagonses it was a depression with psychotic features/ psychosis /psychotic depression (they all pretty much mean the same thing.) My therapist told me that it is very similar to paranoia. It could be a severe form of depression, it could be anxiety or paraonia. It may depend on how long you had these thoughts for. I'm not a expert or anything. It could be lots of stuff. My advice is to tell your doctor to see what he/she thinks. I hope that everything works out alright.
