Back in my senior year of high school, (Last year) I had an axiety attack, and i was lucky that i had a teacher that i could tlak to about it, and i got help, and they seemed to be gone, like i didn't have them that often. but now i seem to be getting them more and more often and each time i do a day or two after it i seem to be depressed, and i know that is semi normal with anxiety and all but they seem to be getting worse the anxiety and the depression. I doubt i'm explaining this well. I've tried the excerising to get rid of the engery, and i've tried the breatheing and calming excersises i learned, and nothing seems to be helping, and i will get them for no reason at all, and other times the littlest thing can trigger them. I feel as though i am withdrawing from the relationship with my boyfriend, and from everyone as well. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! thanks!
