Hello,
I have been dealing with anxiety and depression now for only about four months. The meds I am on have worked to an extent and the CBT that I have been involved in is also slowly working.
What I was wondering was whether anybody has tips or techniques that they use to help the positive statements and affirmations work more effectively and quickly??? As I said, it seems to be working for me and I know that it takes time, but as we all know any type of ideas or suggestions will always help.
