I always seem to be pale. And its concerning me as normal all the main worries go through my mind like is it anemia etc. !
Just wondered if anyone else has a pale complexion and what I might be able to do about it.

I had a pale complexion for months and months - I was anemic..severly.
You should get yourself checked out if you are worried about it. Its an easy problem to fix!

Didnt used to be, but lately probably the last year or so people are kindly telling me how ill I look etc ! I wear glasses so it covers up the dark circles under my eyes but I think this is too much tv and video games !! I do tend to be in doors alot of the time though.

Visit your gp for a simple blood test to rule out anemia.

I had a few blood tests a year ago when it was revealed I had my anxiety disorder, would this have likely been covered then ?
Is it like a standard test?
