It's been awhile since I've posted anything, trying to stay optimistic. I have now bumped up clomid from 50 to 100 mg and this was our 4th cycle. Just had progesterone levels checked again (last checked 3 months ago = 7) This time, it went down more 6.25!!! What does this mean? What is next?
We haven't gone to RE yet, just doctoring thru my OB/GYN. Any suggestions?
Oh, I am 39 with one beautiful daughter who would love a sibling soon. Am I just too old--we've been trying now for 12 months naturally and now 4 months with clomid therapy. Any suggestions are welcomed.

I would recommend going to an RE, they will have more knowledge in the area than your Regular OBGYN. How old is your DD, and did you have trouble conceiving her?

I think that my OB/GYN is going to refer me out to RE. I have an appointment with him tomorrow to "discuss options". My daughter is now 3 1/2 and we had absolutely NO problem getting pregnant the first time, in fact all we did was discuss starting a family and I was pregnant. I wish it was that easy this time around.

I know what you mean. Try not to dwell on it, I think it worked so well for me the first time, cause I was expecting it to take along time and it wasn't going to work the first time, and then was in shock and didn't believe it when it did. I know its hard, but try not to think about it cause I think we just stress ourselves out and that makes us harder to conceive.

Be glad you have your DD and its not that uncommon to have problems after having a child with barely trying, I have seen it on here alot. Don't give up hope, stay positive and pray! You will be blessed, I will pray for you also.

Keep us posted on your progress and what your RE finds out.
