I would contact your doctor or ask a pharmacist. My lexapro label says to contact your doctor when taking NSAID, pain killers OTC medications, etc. Id check with a professional.

I used to take Zoloft and was told by my pharmacist not to take certain over-the-counter cold medications. Definitely check with your pharmacist.
