Hi everyone. So I am just wondering about my white count....I had it come back in November at 12.7 and then normalize a few weeks later to 10.7 and then a month later down to 10.3. The doctor said my bloodwork looked great. Then this past month it came back at 13.6 and the doc says its just a bit of an infection...but I am worried. It is the neutrophils that have been elevated every time and I did develop a horrid ear infection ten days later that has kept popping up since January. Should I be worried?

I had a blood test on 12/08/2004 and the WBC was 13.8. On 10/23/2003 it was 11.4. Tomorrow, I'm having another blood test but with a different doctor. I'm constantly stressed out and I'm hoping this is the problem and nothing more serious. I'll have the results in about a week and I'll post and let you know what the doctor has to say. I did read somewhere that it has to be very high like 30.0 which could then be leukemia. At this time, I'm not overly concerned.
