its been over a month with these twitches...i think there not as frequent but still there...i dont even feel that stressed anymore....occasionaly a finger will jerk or random ones like my ankle or even jaw...my lip will twitch as well...anyone else with this stuff?thanks

ask doc about them, on any meds? could be a meds side effect

no meds...doc didnt give an estimate...is this long normal?

I get these especially in my chest. I dont think they are anything to be concerned about. Its about being tense when you dont realise I was told by my doc.

Ive had a twitch in my chest for about a year now, but then ive only just started realising i probably have anxiety and im probably more stressed now than i was a year ago, although im starting to cut the worrying down as much as poss and stop thinking about it. the twitching is very annoying, i get it in my toes, feet, chest, arms, legs, eyelids, as im typing now im twitching above my left knee. this has been going on for about 8 months but as you are recovering from the anxiety u most likely wont have it that long, hopefully mine will go soon too now im realising my problems

thanks...yea the more i look it up the more i realize that is most likely what is happening with me...apparently they are very common and can go on for a while even when you are not stressed...just dont let them bother you
