Hi, I have had these little white bumps on my scrotum now for a while, i am 19. Have had sex with three different partners and two of them were virgins one was my girl friend for a year and had never seen anything on her vagina or around it to lead me to believe there was contraband being carried. always wore a condom. Now these look like pimples. I have no std symptoms i have no discharge no discoloration only these white bumps. no pain or itching nothing just the bumps, any suggestions?

There is no way it could be late stage hiv, seeing how I have only been sexually active for little under a year, Mollescum? im thinking anyone have any thoughts....

IT'S Not HIV. But everyone sexualy active should be tested. Molluscum usually appear more brown than white bumps. They are probably ingrown hair or a folliculitis (which isn't an STD). Hope this helps!

Try searching for pictures of different stds on the internet to compare them to your bumps. Blocked sebacous glands, HPV, Herpes, Molluscom (sp), PPP, and probably a few others that I can't remember now all have some kinda bump or spot as symptoms. I can't remember your post but did u mention what shape the bump was? I had a bump a while ago that turned out to be a blocked sebacous gland. Mine was quite round. You should find on the internet clear pictures of what various types of bumps look like.
