I can't seem to figure out what it is that I have. Here are my symptoms:
-High Fever
-Dizziness
-Back Pain
-Gaseous? What i mean by this is that I seemed to have a lot of gas in my chest/stomache area. It's as if something is stuck there. I kept burping chronically and I tried to throw up to get rid of this feeling, but no matter how hard i try, i couldn't and i just ended up burping.
This is my second day like this, my fever and dizziness and cleared up but i still get back pain and burps. Does anyone knwo whats wrong with me?

If your fever and dizziness have cleared up there is a good chance you just have some sort of a bug. Maybe a type of stomach flu? If your symptoms don't go away after a couple of days you should go to the doc just to make sure. The fact the fever went away is usually a sign of a virus.

Should i take some medicine then? If so what? I've been getting lots of diarrhea today.
