I will start out by saying i do suffer from Frequent PVC's Had em for a while, but tests show they not serious
Well for the past 2-3 weeks iv been getting anywhere from 5-8 hours of sleep everyday, working in the morning the last week 4 days in a row, going to bed anywhere from 12am to 2 or 3 am. Iv been feeling sleepy (kinda like a sinus pressure in my head) when i sleep for 15-20min i feel better, i dont exercise, im not very active besides when im at work, im a computer junkie. Is there anything i can do that will make me more energetic in the day? Maybe recomend a multivitemin?
