For years I always felt like my hip was rotating forward and that the muscles were pulling from my left shoulder toward my right hip and down the side of my leg, My feet constantly hurt and I would find myself looking for somewhere to sit, because of the pain, when I hit my thirties, my heels started to hurt and I was given shots but they were so painful that I refused to get anymore. now I find my self leaning to the right and my right foot rolling outward and I feel as though when I am walking that I am making sort of a curve as I have to swing my hip to bring my leg around to the front.

A couple of years ago I went to see a Neurosurgeon who said I had mild scoliosis, and some stenosis I am wondering if the scoliosis could in fact play a part in other problems I have with my back, and my feet as I feel as though the right foot is never stable.
