i am 40 and i have been taking cough mixture that contains codine ffor the past 8yrs, i take about 360ml daily i just dony know how to stop it, i tried afew times but failed, when ever i tried stopping i get stomach pains,moody and i haxe to visit the toilet very often,

Is there any medicine that can help me stop this? Can anyone out there please help me please. Thank You

First you need to go to the doctor if you really want to stop. You can get on medicine that will not make you go through the withdrawls....first your doc might put you on a taper down plan....to where you wean yourself off of the cough syrup and then start on the suboxone or methadone....check into this but definetly if you are ready to quit...go for it.
