Can anyone tellme if there is some migraine relief that can come from household items. My husband suffers from them and I am afraid that over time the excederin will harm other organs. He usually gets them after staying up or his sleep pattern is disturbed. Sometimes when he is around others that smoke as well. My son is 15 and he gets a bright light first then has a headache. Seems he is following in the Migraine family way. My daughter is 7 and she is starting to complain of headaches. Can someone that young suffer from this? Thanks

Ice bag on top or back of head. Lie down in a darken & noise free room.

Your husband should see a Neurologist who specializes in *headaches*. Check your yellow pages for a Headache Clinic in your area.

*Over the counter meds* are not *normal* migraine treatments.
Your son should also see one if he is experiencing migraine symptoms.
