i need a little advice as well on "how to lose that tummy pooch." what i have been trying for a few weeks now is jogging 30 min. a day for 5 days a week , lifting some weights right after, and then stomach crunches. but only about 50. too much too little? my biggest problem is i'm thin every where else (i've always been naturally) but just recently as i've gotten a little older i have a little pooch. (i'm 19) i am looking for some exercises to flatten and tone that area without losing weight. my eating habits are also good. i'm a vegetarian so i get plenty of fruits, veggies, whole wheat, protein, etc. and i try to eat only 2 sweets a day.
it's not a big deal and i'm not stressing over it (stress makes EVERYTHING worse) but any advice would be really helpful. thank you! :wave:
