Hello Everyone, I walked this morning for 2.5 miles and ran up a flight of bleachers steps on the track seven times. I hope that also contribute to my weight loss. I heard that stairs only tones ups your legs and does not help you lose weight. Thanks

thats not strictly true..walking up steps is a great cardiovascular activity i.e. it gets yopur heart rate up and your blood pumping. its a great calorie burning excercise, so should help you lose weight as long as you're doing it regularly and eating a healthy diet. it also has the added bonus of toning up your legs :)
