Alright. I am ready to do this. I had my second baby 2 weeks ago and I am ready to start a diet. I got up to a whopping 275 with this little girl. After 2 weeks, I am down to 246. That is where I started before the pregnancy. I would LOVE to get down to 185 before July of next year, so that means I need to loose 61 lbs!!!

Does anyone recommend a diet? Helpful supplement? What worked for you? For starts, I plan on ditching the soda, drinking TONS of water and eating smaller portions and walking when I have a chance.

Thanks.

Hi there-
Congratulations on the new little one. I know how busy you must be with 2. I have 1 and I know there isn't much time and energy to spare. I would reccomend Nutrisystem (with weekends off). The meals, plus snacks are all prepared and pretty good. Most are soy based and high in fiber and has kept me satiated. All you have to do is add fruits and vegetables and of course water and some exercise and the program is complete. DON'T order dirsctly from their website TOOOOOOO expensive. Instead go to QVC and order online or call them. MUCH cheaper. It is so convienent. Delivered right to your door and doesn't need refrigeration (sounds weird I know). It can help jump start you into a diet routine or you can have it automated ordered to your place every month. It will help reintroduce you to pre-pregnancy eating. And, if you are breastfeeding, you burn even more calories! And it helps shrink the uterus! Hope this helps.

This sounds almost pushy and cliche, but I started weight watchers last September at 244. I am now at 194 (and have been since the beginning of April). I'm on hiatus, obviously. I absolutely love it. It's the first time I don't feel like I'm on a diet. When I started, I didn't really expect results, but I gave it an honest shot and I am thrilled with my results so far. Anyhow - it's the diet I would recommend.
