Does any one have any recommendations for a good fun exercise video? I have an elipictal machine, but I also need something else. Usually, exercise videos bore me after doing them a few times so I need something fun to keep me doing it. I also hate it when the instructors on the tape talk to just hear themselves and are so annoying that I can't stand to do the tape.

So, any ideas on good, fun, interesting exercise tapes? I have heard of some such as belly dancing and other forms of dancing. Maybe I can actually learn something at the same time. :)

I don't have the names of any tapes but have a couple suggestions.
you could try different types of exercise tapes. Instead of just cardio with step areobics. You could try, Taebo (I think it is different), pilates videos, etc. I don't know if you already do those things but if you don't there you go. also try tapes that are for more advanced people they should have more moves that will keep them interesting.
A few years ago I used my mom's "walk away the pounds" tapes and they got so borning and annoying with the instructor saying the samething over and over again. But they a good extra workout, so after I awhile when I got used to the routine I muted the Tv and put on some Music. It make the workout more bareable.

I use to do Taebo every morning and would do the same just mute the tv and put on a good CD it was great and I would actually punch and kick harder when a really good song would come on, it was great motivation. A good song seems to give you a boost of energy.

I absolutely love the George Foreman series with Petra Kolber. The titles include Walk It off with George, Express Walk, Walk Box & Burn, Fat Blasting Walk, & Champion Walk & Sweat. { - removed - }

If you can still find them, the MTV Jam workout videos are really fun. They are hip-hop dance. I also think you can't beat good ol Richard Simmons!

Taebo has a new group of tapes out that are called "Billy's Boot Camp". They are really motivational and they keep you entertained.
