Hello everyone, first time poster. My question is, i have been doing reps of sit-ups today (2x 30) and went for a jog. When i came back to do more i couldn't lift myself off the ground even to do 1 sit-up! Did i over-due it? How long does it take for the muscles to rebuild so i can start again? Thanks! :wave:
