I just bought a really good blender because I was sick of plain shakes where i just shook them up with milk. Can you guys tell me some of your favorite mixtures involved fruit, peanut butter, milk/water/ice and what not. Thanx alot

Sometimes I will take a scoop of Vanilla Whey protien with 1 cup of vanilla soy milk. Then I will add a Dannon Light yogurt( the 100 calorie one)any flavor. Add a few Ice cubes and YUMMMY!
If you want, skip the yogurt and add fresh fruit. The flavor of the fruit may not be as strong but it is great with banannas.
