View Full Version : Do fat burning products such as Xenedrine and Hydroxycut still work?

I haven't used any of the fat burning products in several years, and therefore have not experienced their effects without ephedra; or whatever substance it was that was removed.

In the past, they've worked fairly well, but I'm curious as to whether they'll still help the fat burning process.

Also, of all of them, which do you feel is the best?

Thanks.

Not really. The only thermogenic ingredient (which was the real 'fat burner') is caffeine. The rest is filler, generally.

They don't work since they took the ephedra out of them.

as a sidenote, you can very easily make your own ECA stack. ephedrine i understand works as well as ephedra, although with the ban liften now i assume ephedra is readily available?
honestly i dont remember the exact ratios, but i believe it was something like 200mg caffiene, 25mg ephedra, and i dont remember the aspirin ammount. maybe someone else could fill this in?

The ban was struck down by a Utah judge. No word as to when or if it will return to the market.
