My wife and I struggled for 6 months to get pregnant (not very long compared to many people here, but it was tearing my wife apart, and that was killing me), and I came across an small item in a book that mentioned male infertility and recommened Vitamin C. It reported that in one study of 20 men with low sperm counts or high numbers of malformed sperm, that the men were given 1000mg of Vitamin C, and 19 of the 20 had gotten their wives pregnant within 6 months.
My wife and I gave it a try, and happily, we got pregnant about 5 or 6 weeks later, but lost the baby 6 weeks in. My wife then worried that we wouldn't be able to get pregant again, that it had been a chance occurance, and she worried we'd be waiting another 8 months. I'm glad to say we got pregant about 3 weeks later when she ovulated again.
Increasing your sperm count might help a little even if your wife is the one diagnosed with infertility. Considering you can get an 8 month supply for less than $15, you have nothing to lose, especially if your alternative is expensive treatments. We'll continue to hope and pray that you all achieve successful pregnancies.
