My body has been all out of whack. I just don't feel all together so I'm going to try eating and drinking properly. I have printed off a copy of the Canadian Food Guide but still need to know how much water I should be consuming.
I'm a 20 year old male. 6'5" and about 210lbs, tho i'd like more of those pounds to be muscle rather than fat.
THANKS!

Drink as much water as you can handle, but within reason. I have an old Subway cup that holds 32oz, I just drink from it throughout the day. I started out around 220lbs, exercised and drank TONS of water. I've always been a big sweater, could work up a sweat walking to the bathroom, so I found I need to drink 1.5-2 gallons of water throughout the day to not feel thirsty, run down, etc.

Here, in the USA, there's guidelines from 8-8oz glasses to half your body weight, each day. Personally, I drink at least 64oz, more on hot summer days.
