I was recently treated for HPV at a community clinic. They were able to freeze the external warts, however the internal warts were not because they said I needed to have them surgically removed. I would like to have them treated ASAP and I have Health Insurance, but don't even know what type of Doctor to look for who treats this. Would a Colon and Rectal Surgeon be the right type of Dr. I should see and what is the process in the surgery? Can someone please advise me ASAP! Thanks

Call the community health service and ask for a refferal to the proper specialist. I believe you would go to a urologist though.
