okay i know one mile walked is about 100 cals. burned...but does it matter what kind of walk it is? Like does it have to be a really hard tough walk or can it be more slower as long as its a mile?

If you jog/run you'll burn more calories in less the time and you'll continue to burn calories throughout the day.
