This is what I do for my workout [i try to do it everyday]
I have a big weight lifting machine, so first of all, I warm up a bit to get my heart rate going. I have 8 different weight lifting things I do. So after I warm up, I'll do 10 on the first station, then I jog for about 30 seconds. I'll do 3 more reps on that station, jogging in between each one. Then I'll do the same thing on the next, and so forth, until I've completed each one. This takes me usually 30-35 minutes. Then I cool down for a few minutes. I keep my weights semi-light. Usually anywhere from 12.5-25 lbs. Do you guys think this is a good workout? It keeps my heart rate up, plus I'm getting my weight lifting in. :)

I think it depends on your goals.

and you shouldnt do resistance training every day. your muscles need time to recover. But I agree, it depends on what you're trying to accomplish.

I'm trying to tone my legs a bit, I dont want to lose any weight, because I am just barely in the healthy weight range for my age and height.
