Hey all, I came to this board for one reason, and that is cellulite. I'm an 18 year old male and I'm very athletic. I'm quite slim (6 foot, 145lbs) I can run mile after mile after mile, and then some, but, for some reason, I have this curse of cellulite.
My main problem here is my own ignorance...I don't know how to fix this...I once tried dieting to fix this, and my weight quickly fell to 9 stone. I watched everything BUT the cellulite waste away. It seems to put much excess size on my thighs, ***, lower back, gut, and it even leaves things very flabby/un-toned up around the pec/nipple area... Its not so bad yet that others might notice, but its getting worse...

I'm not looking to lose any actual WEIGHT. I need to know what has caused this and what kind of a diet will fix this...I have no problems with willpower whatsoever...so, yeah, can anybody tell me what I need to do?

I'd say heavy weigh lifting will fix up the appearence a lot. I do not know much about male cellulite because its more common in woman. Sorry for the small amount of info, but good luck.

Cellulite is more connected to a sluggish lymphatic system than to poor muscle tone.

The best cure for cellulite is pure cranberry juice, 8oz a day, and dry skin brushing. You can dilute and sweeten the cranberry juice if needed but sweetening it will change it's ph a little.

Dry skin brushing stimulates the lymphatic system, as does rebounding on a trampoline. :bouncing: For the dry skin brushing do a web search to show you how to do this effectively before showering.

Since you mentioned weight in stones, you must live outside the U.S. It's sometimes hard to find pure cranberry juice (my friend in the UK has this problem) but there might be an online health food store that will ship it to you.
