I don't know of any websites but try a fabric store. They sell sewing supplies. In the US you can also find them in a Wal-Mart or Target.

Well do you have any craft stores around? I mean surely you have a sowing store or some sort of arts and craft. You can get them there too.

Try a fabric store...where they sell what we call piece goods...am sure Harrod's would have one since they have EVERYTHING! Or you might call a tailor shop or dressmaker/alterations shop and inquire they purchase theirs...or if you could buy one from them....
