Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a protien powder for a little bit of muscle building. Not the one that makes you gain weight, just one that tones you more or w/e. I'm kinda clueless on what brands or what they actuily do, and DO they work? If you have any information let me know! Thankyou

if your diet sucks then you don't need a protein powder. Instead of powder you can get enough protein from food. Stick to whey protein. You'll get tone if you lose enough bodyfat.

You sound like you need to do alot of research about dieting and nutrition. Don't buy any protein powder; learn about constructing a healthy diet and getting a good workout routine.

Whey protein is a good source of protein when you need to get some extra protein in your diet due to lack there of or to mix in a post workout drink. There is no magic solution it and its not a food substitute. It can be handy to use when needed.
