View Full Version : Steroids (not anabolic) & Weight Loss, Is It Possible?

I am a mesothelioma patient who has been put on steroids for inflammatory pain. While I haven't gained a lot of weight due to the low dose, I find that it's impossible to lose any of the weight I have gained.

I've cut back my calories and I work out as much as my condition will allow.

I was just wondering if anyone has succesfully lost weight or reduced their body fat and increased their muscle mass while on steroids.

Thanks in advance.
