Hi,
I've been drinking a tall glass of "Kefir" lately after my workout. I read a lot about how this stuff is good for the intestinal tract and promotes healthy bacteria in the body. I used to drink whey shakes but I noticed that Kefir has 15 grams of protein per serving and I haven't bought any whey lately and have been substituting. WHat do you think. :D
