After working seriously on cardio and eating less i've managed to reduce my weight by about 20% (71 kg's to 56 kg's, dont know what it would be in pounds)
Now while I've lost some fat there is still some more to lose (mainly a little bit around the stomach), but my weight is reducing rapidly and even now when I'm not dieting I've lost another kilos (I'm now 54-55).
I'm starting to muscle train much more but of course I'd like to lose the last stage of flab covering my abs (when I lie down you cant see flab at all, only abs, but when I'm up or sitting you can easily see that there's still some fat which covers the abs).
Any suggestions?

Tweak your diet. Less high gi carbs, more protein, some unsaturated fats.

What kinds of carbs do you recommend?
I know pasta is high GI, what else?

I would say the "good carbs" like whole grain pasta, brown rice, whole grain bread, apples, veggies. The rice, bread and pasta and fruit in moderation. :)
