I have nocturnal grand mal siezures, which seem to be related to how much I have concentrated during the day. Does any one else have this experience? It makes my job seem somewhat difficult, since I am concerned when I spend time focusing on something, that I am worsening my chance of having a siezure that evening. I find a slight dizziness is associated with the heavy thinking during the day.
Does anyone have ideas on stopping this? Or what have people done, who share this experience? I certainly would rather not give up a job, but am trying to deal with my epilepsy also.

My son's seizures are mostly in sleep also and on hte mornings after seizures he does have a great deal of trouble concentrating and getting things done. He is tired and thinking is very slow also......
Are you currently on any medication for seizures? Have you talked about this with a neuro? it is hard. We have no meds for my son right now, making life very difficult.
