hi

Has anyone felt there brain symptoms improve when they took Klonopin? If so, what symptoms did it improve as you can have different brain symptoms in CFS (brainfog, offbalance sensation, feeling strange/spaced out etc)

Someone from aussie emailed me last year and said it helped him. I have been getting more brain symptoms for the last 8 months, although they have become less severe now but I still want to try and get them back to normal again. I always had Brainfog but not so much the offbalance sensation etc.

This is my main symptom nowadays, although I can still get fatigue too. Not much pain. Klonopin I think is clonazepam in the UK. I have been on T3 till last week when it ran out and I also tried antibiotics and essential fatty acids. Noone knows what is going on in this illness yet still. I hear though that brain scans show a reduced blood flow to the brain. i wonder whether this is indeed the cause of the brain symptoms.

There is actually a study going on right now in the US using Viagra to increase blood
flow to the brain for CFS. Still in early testing... but would be intersting if this is a possible med to help. Viagra is not a magic pill as people think for sex, it's all about changing blood flow and expanding blood vesicles or something like that.
