What should I look for in a diet pill? And what to look out for? I want soemthing that is realtively low-risk and has effective results!

DO NOT take diet pills! I accidently look too many about 6 months ago, plus after drinking too much coffee. My heart was beating so fast I had to leave school. They dont do antyhing good at all.
