I am fairly fit, to be 37 years old!ha My main problem is my stomach, mainly the lower part. I have a fairly good shape except right there. My lower stomach just bulges out of jeans, shorts. It looks gross and feels uncomfortable. What are some good exercises to do that will target that stubborn area? Or is there a certain exercise video out there that has helped with the stomach? Thanks everyone

You can't lose weight in a certain area. Spot reduction does not exist. You have to lose weight all over. You probably need to fix your diet. Post your diet, see if someone can help.
