My usual patch change day is on Sun and I usually change it between 10am and 11am. I just finished my 3rd week last Sunday and usually get my period on Friday. Last Sunday, I did not take off my patch until 10pm about 12 hours later than I usually do. Well, Friday came and went and no period. I did not get my period all weekend. I put my patch on yesterday as I normally would around 10am. I still have not had my period. I have been on the patch for about a year and have noticed that my period has started later and later in the week, since I have started the patch. This usually depends on what time I take off the third patch on Sun. The later I take it off the later my period will come during the week. Have any of you experienced this?
I will be taking a preg. test sometime this week if I don't get my period soon.

While the day can change for no reason, it's a good idea to take a pregnancy test.

it is not uncommon i guess to miss a pd. on birth control but if u miss two consecutive ones then u should get worried. u should take a preg. test however...
the hormone dosage in the patch is lower , but two of my friends have been on the patch and havent gotten pregnant on it...

I have been on the patch for about 4 months and I have noticed that if I take the patch off later on Sunday that my period will start later.
The first few months my period would start on wednesday but last week I took my patch off later than usual and it started on Thursday and lasted until Monday. So I am sure you are fine, but I was freaking out as well thinking I was going to have to take a pregnancy test!
