I suffered microscopic blood in my urine, had various investigations and eventually had a small lesion removed from my bladder which I was originally told was malignant but turned out to be papillary cystitis. The consultant had very little information for me on this but told me not to worry. Symptoms continued and had another operation and was told there was nothing there other than a small polyp. Has anyone else ever heard of this condition?
