I was going to say that it didn't seem like enough food to keep you going, but if you've been at it for three weeks and are feeling pretty good, it must be working for you. It looks pretty well-balanced to me. Let's face it, no diet is perfect. But if you feel well, and you're losing weight, stick with it! :)

i think maybe a bigger breakfast that includes some protein (e.g eggs, milk, cottage cheese, lean meat) because to me it seems like you're not eating enough in the early half of the day. chuck in some vegetables throughout the day too, to get important nutrients and fibre without adding many calories.

I think it sounds great because your eating something every few hours and that keeps your metabolism going which is what is needed. Once you hit a plateau and aren'y losing anymore weight which that happens alot when people are dieting you could try not eating potatos and rice which have lots of carbs. If you must eat rice try brown rice it is better for dieting. Also as far as exercising don't do weight training and cardio in the same day. Good Luck with your goal!!

whats the reasoning behind not doing weights and cardio the same days??

I have 2 brothers that compete professionaly for body building and they said your muscles need time to relax. I just had a csection but when I start exercising they told me to do cardio 4x a week and weight lifting 3x a week and when weight training one day work out your upper body another day work the lower body. They are in great shape so I listen to them and they give me great diet tips because they build alot of muscle and then before a show they slim done real quick it is amazing. My diet I'm on now I eat very little carbs, low calorie and alot of protein plus I take 2 vitamins a day and flax seed oil which is suposed to help with your metabolism.

fair enough, but i've never felt any ill effects from doing them both on the same day. say for example you go for a run in the morning then do weights at night
