What is the earliest that a child can begin hippotherapy? My 9-month-old son can sit fairly well, though he cannot crawl, and my 9-month-old daughter can sit but loses her balance frequently. I'd like to get them into this therapy as soon as possible as I have heard so many good things about the benefits in terms of being able to walk early. Also, do you have to pay out of pocket for this therapy? Are there any resources to help fund this therapy? Thank you!
