USED TO BITE MY NAILS...AND I HAVE FOUND THAT IF I KEEP CLEAR POLISH...HARDNER ON MINE THEY GROW QUICKER AND ARE VERY HARD...TRY THAT. EVERY TIME YOU THINK ABOUT IT...PUT SOME ON....AND AS SOON AS YOU SEE THEM BEGIN TO GROW, YOU'LL BE SO PROUD YOU WON'T BITE....ALSO, KEEP AN EMERY BOARD HANDY...KEEP THEM FILED...EVEN WEN THEY'RE SORT, RUN THE BOARD ACROSS THEM,.....THAT HELPS THE GROW TOO WITHOUT ANY SNAGS....SNAGS MAKE YOU WANT TO BITE....GOOD LUCK...YOU CAN DOIT!!

I have heard that getting your nail done professionally (acrylics) has helped people stop biting their nails. Also, you make want to try something that stops thumbsucking, its like a nail polish that tastes really bitter. I think there is one that is called Stopzit or something like that. You can look it up on the web, im not sure of the name ....hope this helps
