Over the last year worked out a lot, ate really healthy, lost like 60lbs. Im getting closer to goal weight, but have stayed same for a while. I for the last 2 months have been eating kinda bad, but watching calories (burgers, frys, fast food, etc) My weight has stayed same, but im wondering if now i start back to the way i was, will this like (shock or jumpstart) by body again?

Will my muscle gain be better now? Like they got untrained over the time off.
Same for cardio, will i burn fat any better?

I figure i told my body these last 2 months that im not dying or starving.

Thanks

Congrats on your weight loss so far! I hit a plateau and took a break. When I started back I changed my routine and for me it helped.

Right now my schedule is crazy so I'm just trying to maintain, but plan to get back into my routine once again in hopes of losing more inches and most of all tone.

Good luck!
