has anyone came off of this before? i just kept it off after i took it off for my last period. when should i expect my next period? will i ovulate this month? I've been having sparatic cramping, not bad...just thought it was odd. But im not too concerned about that, im sure its just my body adjusting to the lack of extra hormones.

When going off hormonal birth control periods tend to be a bit irregular at first. There is also no way to know for certain if you'll ovulate or not this month.
