Anyone on bc or not on bc get really dizzy right before their period and also during the first few days of it??

when i was on estrostep i would get dizzy in the last "step" (the last 9 days before the placebos). it bothered me and i also had panic attacks, so i decided to stop. im on ortho tricyclen lo, and have never gotten dizzy so far. im not sure if dizziness is something to worry about or not.
