Hi,
I have an ankle injury so I am currently doing crunchies and situps and using dumbells for about 3 x 10-15 minute sessions daily. I am a pretty lsim build and am not unfit, how long can I expect to wait until I see a six pack? I have been doing it for 1 week so far and can see the outline of four ... ? Also, how much change can I expect to see in my arms?v Thanx!
